All orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse using a tracked service. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day. The courier service used for your order will be selected based on the most efficient option available.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.
